A few nice words from our residents.
I love the roof lights in the master bedroom. The three floors also retain the heat well so the house rarely feels cold. I also like that the houses are well laid out across the neighbourhood and don’t feel crammed in.
We love how the house is laid out, it makes the best use of the available space. It’s also brilliant being in a really quiet area but also so close to the town centre – we can easily walk to all the shops and bars

Coming from Doncaster, I’ve witnessed the investment that’s taken place in the area and I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of this upcoming new neighbourhood.
As a single occupier it gives me more space than an apartment and I feel confident investing in a new home as it’s freshly decorated and the finishes are beautiful. Also, buying new means there’s no chain so I was able to move in and set up home immediately.
I love that every room is flooded with lots of natural light and the eco-elements mean the house is wellinsulated so I’ve rarely needed to put the central heating on, even in winter.
Using Help to Buy was great because I wouldn’t have had the deposit to purchase without using the scheme. The onsite financial advisor, was able to help and the whole process was really quick.
I’ve always loved this area – I often visit the nearby museum and library and I’m a huge fan of the theatre, Cast; there’s a real buzz about this area which added to its appeal and I’m delighted that these facilities will now be right on my doorstep.
I knew that eventually I’d need to downsize but I wasn’t the type of person to move to the country or live in the suburbs. I was really impressed with the quality of the homes and the fact they felt so light and airy; I might be down-sizing but the house didn’t feel small to me.
